To the Obergruberhof belongs an alp 2000 m above sea level. We always enjoy being there. From July to beginning of September the alp is cultivated. Our cows are up there and graze on the meadows.
Their milk is brought to the dairy in Brixen and made to butter, cheese, yoghurt and cream cheese. You can combine a nice day hike with a visit to our alp lodge.
